I really liked the location. Its close to some tiny beaches with a splendid scenerey. The receptionist spoke english very well, which was very helpful. She was also very nice, as well as the owner. Good restaurant.

The local supermarket was always closed when we went. We had to pay 10€ each for a pack of towels. We had to make our own bed when we arrived, since the sheets were disposed on top of it. There were cracks and paint falling from the walls. No microwave, no oven. Many stray cats on the spot, trying to get food.

Views and location are amazing!

A bit noisy

The place is amazing, surrounded by various plants. Go down the stairs to the beaches of the fabulous beauty. The walkway can reach the slope, which offers a very beautiful view.

we appreciated the warm welcome. the residence is particularly pleasant and pretty. isolated on the edge of lovely wild beaches. we don't want to leave the place anymore! the view from the terrace is exceptional

the elements of comfort in the accommodation are limited but ask and you will be served! the residence would need more regular maintenance because the outdoor common areas are not very clean

the position, the hosts and the terrace

Amazing hosts. Stefano and Simonetta have been always available if needed, always there for a chat and a coffee. They make customers feel like home. The location is amazing. "Lost" in the middle of nowhere is pretty quiet, all you might need is nearby (supermarket, restaurant, bar, other small shops) and it's really close to the main city (Olbia) and the best beaches in Sardinia are like 30min away. The apartment is well furnished and everything you need for daily life is there (a well equipped kitchen, a sofa, a tv, a clean and spacious bathroom, ...)

The management and staff were very nice and helpful; the landscape design of the resort was beautiful and all the green spaces perfectly maintained.

It was just nothing like the photos: much smaller inside with a balcony of 3-4 sq m and a very minimalist kitchenette. All apartments are located above and around a restaurant which meant entering your bedroom almost from the restaurant terrace with all the noise and lack of privacy this entailed. The shed with the garbage containers was just a hell of scattered waste which certainly was guests' responsibility but having our windows quite close to this meant that our studio was swarming with flies. It's our sixth vacation in Sardinia and this was totally not what we expected based on previous experience in other places.

We have been here for a week and it was amazing, Stefano and Simoneta are the best host. The apartament was very clean and it has a nice terace.We had an amazing week! We highly recommend this place!

it's a remote location 1 restaurant and 1 shop you need a car no reliable public transport perfect if u want to sit on a beach all day everyday and not explore
