Przede wszystkim największy plus dla gospodarza Pavla, był ciągle dostępny i pomocny, to miły równy facet :)
Samo mieszkanie jest ok, fakt, nie jest pierwszej świeżości, ale niczego w nim nie brakowało, duże przestronne mieszkanie.
Miejsce garażowe na zamkniętym dziedzińcu, widok na auto z tarasu. Kolejny atut, to bliskość do starego miasta, można podjechać metrem itd, uberem czy boltem też bardzo tanio, wychodziło około 5€. Od bramy, jakieś 2metry znajduje się malutki "osiedlowy" sklepik, a wokół mnóstwo restauracji i pubów z dobrymi cenami, dużo tańszymi niż na starym mieście, a różni ich niewielka odległość.
Taras... ogólnie taras z wielkim potencjałem, ale niestety był zaniedbany, PAVEL kup chociaż jakiś stół i dwa krzesła ;). Widok z niego na zaniedbaną kamienice na przeciwko nie należy do przyjemnych, ale to nie wina gospodarza. Z kolei kamienica w którym znajduje się apartament, po remoncie i zadbana. Z tego tarasu można by zrobić naprawdę miłe miejsce do posiedzenia, widziałem grill węglowy i nawet był używany ponieważ były w nim resztki starego węgla, więc zapewne można śmiało rozpalać grilla, a co na polskie standardy - nie do pomyślenia. Gdyby odświeżyć taras i dodać jakiś stół z krzesłami było by cudownie. W każdym razie mi się podobało, chętnie bym tam wrócił i daje 10 na zachętę :) Pozdrawiam Cię serdecznie Pavel.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen, belebten Stadtviertel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und nach 2 Stationen ist man in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber insgesamt schon ein wenig abgewohnt.
Die Wohnung hat nur Vorhänge und kann so nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden. Zudem war es sehr warm ohne Klimaanlage.

Nice location in Karlin. Really convenient with the parking. Nice courtyard.
The sofa bed in the living room was extremely hard. It was tricky to get in to the house with the transponder key (this was also mentioned in the instructions).
