Clean, modern room and courteous staff. Good lighting and security camera coverage.
Minor details of remodel need addressing. Weather stripping missing on door, voids in new grout and caulking and damage to lower corner of bathroom door. No coffee maker.

Everything was great except the bed was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on a cement slab. I like a firm bed but this was very uncomfortable, therefore I probably won't return. I come to Springfield about every 6 weeks to visit family.
I did not like the bed!!!!!

Room wasn't cramped, was updated, clean and comfortable and updated. Also micro fridge and freezer was great to have,
location wasn't too bad and price was huge on this trip. (Although we did notice that there's a gentleman's club across the street 😂🤣)
Room had a strong odd smell, no seating or table and a little noisy from other tenants. No extras like blowdryer, coffee pot, breakfast or even cups offered.
