La disponibilidad de la persona que estaba en recepción. La amabilidad de la pareja que estaba en recepción.
La limpieza al ya estar en la habitación. El tener que caminar aproximadamente 15 minutos a la parte en la que iniciaba el centro. No había café de cortesía, al menos. El ruido de una bomba del propio hotel desde antes de las 7am. Al bañarme un día me quedé sin agua y tardo en regresar aproximadamente 3hrs.

Owners were wonderful! So friendly, kind and helpful.
Water available at all times in the lobby, which was a great help!
The room service system was not explained on arrival so I did not get my room cleaned for 3 days and had to keep asking for more toilet roll because of it!
