About this house rental
Escape to North Mission Beach`s ultimate beachfront retreat! Enjoy the best oceanfront patio with new lifeguard chairs for panoramic Pacific Ocean views. This single-story haven offers 3 bedrooms with ocean views, all on ground level (no stairs), and over 50 feet of oceanfront frontage. The garage can fit 2 SMALL vehicles or one mid-size/ larger SUV. Plus an onsite washer & dryer for added convenience! Stroll south to Belmont Park or head north to explore Pacific Beach`s delightful restaurants.
Walk into a spacious living room with oversized couch facing a SmartTV with all of the streaming apps! You`ll find a fully-stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker and a dining table for 8 to your right. The back side of the house holds two bedrooms (one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds). There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower in the back as well. In the north west corner of the home is a large master bedroom with a King-sized bed that opens up to a gorgeous beachfront patio. Perfect for people watching while enjoying your morning coffee! There is an en-suite full bathroom (tub-shower combo) attached to the master, as well. Laundry machines and beach equipment are located in the one car garage!
You have private access to the entire downstairs property, garage and oceanfront patio.
Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
Mission Beach is the quintessential Southern California beach town. Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).
Pet Policy: We don`t allow cats in this property. Dogs accepted.
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. Keep San Diego vacation rentals vibrant and thriving!

I loved everything about the property! The location is beautiful with an amazing sunset and beach view. I only have two complaints. First, I wish I didn’t smell weed every now and then. I know it’s inevitable in California, but I wish they would control it on beaches. Most of us still don’t do drugs. Second, if you don’t have a Prius or some kind of miniature car, your car won’t fit on the garage. I parked the best I could away from anyone else who may not be able to park on their property, and I still received a note from some neighbor asking me to move my car because I parked “illegally”. That was pretty upsetting considering I paid a lot for the rental. I’m not going to park on the street when I paid as much as I did for the property. Other than that, it was great. I will look into the parking situation next time.
