The house is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and plantings and has a large, manicured yard for relaxation with a heated saltwater pool. The interior is decorated in a warm and inviting style. The main floor features the living room, dining room, TV room, powder room and an eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Also, on the main floor you will find three bedrooms. The first has 2 sets of twin bunks beds and the other two each have a queen bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom and another full bathroom in the hallway services the other two bedrooms. On the second level you will find the oversized primary suite with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom with a separate shower and relaxing jacuzzi tub. The lower level of the home has a large additional TV area: perfect for separate groups to gather at the same time! Enjoy the front deck with a morning cup of coffee in the beautiful southern exposure sunshine or put out the automatic awning and enjoy coffee in the shade. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower.
