An inviting and tranquil getaway near Bethany Beach awaits in this lovely home on the Delaware coast. If you're looking for a welcoming hometown charm close enough to the beach, look no further. Spend your days on the white shores of the public beach sunbathing, collecting shells, or renting waterfront equipment like paddleboards and boats to make the most of your Atlantic Ocean stay. Bring your clubs for world-class golfing nearby and your rackets because this home shares a community tennis racket and glittering pool. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Serve brunch on the expansive patio with a dining table and umbrella, perfect for gatherings and barbecues. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Spacious rooms house comfortable beds to ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. For the ultimate convenience, a washer/dryer is provided so clean laundry can be taken home when it's time to return to everyday life. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW Baby gates are provided for little guests. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
