If I could give this house 10 out of 5 stars I would!! We fell in love the minute we walked in! We will definitely stay here again! Super clean, awesome community, quiet location.

We had a really nice time at this property. The location is nice. Very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. We used the pool, tennis and basketball courts. The community is great for runs and walks. Overall a great place to stay.

We spent a week at this property. My husband and I came with our daughter, her husband, and their 16 month old and 3 year old sons. The set up was perfect for us with a large kitchen and family room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened in back porch was a great extra. We paid to use the pool and playground and the pool was very refreshing at the end of a hot day.

Enjoyed the back patio view of the golf course. Great neighborhood! Hall bath shower had some draining issues but I contacted management and they are going to take a look. Owners do not let you check in early just FYI! Wish I knew that a head of time. They are very strict on a 4pm check in. Great long weekend overall!

My family and I decided to come down to Bethany for the end of the summer. The house was in a great location and extremely clean. The amenities were great. After a day at the beach, my kids (8 and 5) loved access to the pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Great vacation.

This was our first time traveling during the pandemic and this house was tip-top as described! Very clean and had everything we needed. We did not mind bringing our own linens. As we were here off-season, we loved the gas fireplace - it made the first few nights extra cozy during the cold weather. The house has a great golf course view. Quiet & relaxing but with many amenities nearby!

Great location about 10 min from Bethany beach. I would stay there again. I did not give an overall rating of 5 due to some cleanliness issues I will share directly with the owner. The house itself is wonderful.
