Our family of 4 (kids ages 11 and 14) enjoyed our stay during Labor Day weekend. The house has a great layout for our family and we enjoyed having the kids downstairs and the primary suite upstairs. Loved the location as it felt like a mini Federal Road to us with the beautiful tree canopy over the road.
There was an issue with the upstairs toilet (it wouldn't flush at all) and one of the upstairs sinks (it wouldn't drain) but I called and left a message for the rental service number at 9pm (we arrived late so didn't realize the issue until bedtime) and they were at the house by 9am the next morning to repair both. We were impressed with the quick service.
The entire house is well stocked and appointed and the kitchen is absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated being able to use the bikes that were provided and the golf carts were really nice!
We'd definitely rent this property again! Thanks for a great trip!
