About this house rental
This is a brand new Designer/Veranda home with an enclosed back yard with total privacy located on a no outlet low traffic quiet street. 2746 square feet of which1928 are climate controlled. It has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room has a 65" Samsung Smart TV with available steaming channels. A large 28' X 10' lanai with patio furniture and table with a gas grill. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower, King size bed and a walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds and their own bathroom and closet. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer plus utility sink. Carpet for comfort in the bedrooms and tile in the remainder of the house.
Our home is located is located less than1 mile from Brownwood Square in the Villages which has live music every night, a weekly farmers market, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. All the amenities you enjoy the most are within walking distance at Clarendon and Richmond recreation centers which have both adult only and family swimming pools, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, corn toss, shuffleboard, outdoor gym, and beach tennis.
A golf cart is not included with your stay. If you want to have a golf cart, you must rent one from a golf cart rental company.
