About this apartment rental

The City Break de Barkhanes is located in a prestigious residence just 100 meters from Arcachon's main beach. This beautiful apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the city center, in Arcachon's new district. Everything is within easy reach: shops, museums, theaters, casinos, the Parc Mauresque, a thalassotherapy center, and more. This 98 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building with an elevator. It comprises an entrance hall, a storage room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room and its loggia, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x190cm beds) with views, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Private parking is available. The price does not include electricity consumption beyond 8 kWh/day, which is billed based on meter readings. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional extra. Bed linens, towels, and household linens are included. Tourist tax is extra. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable limits, and an electricity allowance of 8 kWh/day. Bed linen and towels included.
