About this house rental

Nestled in Lake Martin, this charming house for $349 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse. We do have an 65$ pet fee for guests for each dog. For example, two dogs would be $130 for the entire stay. We only allow dogs. Airbnb now allows you to pay a single pet fee, but if you have more than one pet, we will charge you for those additional prior to arrival. We're here when you need us but stay out of your way otherwise. This is a quiet and private street, a complete getaway with houses spaced out. The neighbors do all know each other and keep an eye out for each other. There is a smart lock available for guest use and will be provided to you on your day of check in. There are vaulted ceilings and windows in the open plan living area. The master bedroom also has views of the lake from bed! You've got a flat screen and HD sports package and a sound bar. You'll need a car to get around but once you are at the house, you'll probably never want to get in your car. We do not have a boat ramp, the closest boat ramp is Kowaliga Marina or an access close to Children's Harbor. We do have a floating dock for easy boat docking.

This is our second year staying at Nero’s point and it did not disappoint. The location is incredible. 270° of water, in October it was so nice to find a sunny spot in the water no matter what time of day. I am imagine in the summer it’s nice to follow the shade. We played horseshoes and jumped off the dock. Lots to do and enjoy! It’s nice to be. Lose to Kowaliga marina and restaurant for a quick boat ride over. The house is great. Well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Charlsey is a very responsive host. We will absolutely look for an excuse to stay here again.

All the reviews are true! We loved this location and property. Everything was just as described. Everything you could need was provided. Having two docks near the open water and the peacefulness of a slough was amazing. This rental was perfect for our family and we would love to come back soon!
