Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes. In any case, if the AC does not cool, we will not be held accountable for sending HVAC to fix the issue, the same goes for issuing you a refund if in any case, you wish to cancel and leave the house.
