Die Wohnung hat eine doppelstöckige Dachterrasse mit umwerfender Aussicht. Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, top Lage.

The apartment is very beautiful and well equipped, located very well. The view from the terrace is amazing. Water was hot enough (although the pressure in the shower is non-existing). TV with netflix, good wifi. Good lighting. Be careful if you have special needs (there is a starway up to 3rd floor and irregular floor level between the rooms).
We were astonished when the host call after our stay and said we left the apartment "extremely dirty". Just to explain: 1) we took the garbage bag out even if we did not have to, and still she said we left trash (one paper cover from a package of cookies); 2) we washed part of plates, although again, we don't have to! We left several dirty glasses and an oily pan, as we don't know where to recycle the oil. She asked for money for extra cleaning and when I refused she said she would claim via booking com. I have just checked the property policies once again, and there is nothing about the guests cleaning. Basically, the idea of staying in a hotel or a rental apartment is that you don't clean! At all! I attach photos of "extremely dirty" :)
Also, I informed her personally we were traveling with a 10 y.o. child who for some reason was not stated in the reservation, and she asked to pay her directly which I did. Later when she called she claimed we "tried to bring 3rd person without payment".
Please stay far from this host!
