Although it worked out, not sure I’d pick to stay in this unit again.

The kitchen wasn’t that clean so I had to rewash all the dishes and utensils before using them. The drawers had food particles in them so I had to lay paper towels down to not get what I washed dirty again. The measuring cups and spoons were not a complete set so I had to go buy some. The black dishes had a weird smell to them so we didn’t use them. There were not enough dishwasher powder to last our stay and the laundry washer broke one my dresses. The dryer lint from previous users were not cleaned out. The floors were so dirty that all our feet were black and there were no broom or vacuum for us to use to clean. Not enough paper towels (1 roll) so I had to go out and buy some. My kids were excited about the foosball table but we lifted up the cover and couldn’t find any balls to play so that was a bust. For the positive, the Disney theme was very nice, however, whoever did it, didn’t clean off the paint that brushed against the towel racks, etc. I would suggest at least putting a broom in the unit so those that want to clean, can do so. Also with all the storage under the sink and in the closet, I would suggest putting some supplies in there … kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

Do not book save your Time and Money elsewhere

The layout and size of the Apartment

All the messages and emails sent to me either on booking.com or email had links that was removed by booking.com, weird. So I couldn't do anything to check in on time. They asked for Verification, but i wasn't given the correct information to verify until 2 hrs AFTER arriving in Orlando. I mentioned this issue and constantly booking.com said they knew or they would resend it. On the way to my destination, I had no communication with the booking company(UPSTAY) and was practically stranded with no information for 2hrs. It got to the point I thought I was being robbed due to lack of communication. I almost booked at another hotel but didn't. They stopped responding to my emails on the way to the destination. Me and my family had no information about accessing the property either. They even sent me the wrong booking information saying i needed to pick up keys 20mins away at another location, which turned out to be a private apartment just to get keys to my room. But it turned out the door was keyless. I just needed a code. - Reminder this was an apartment, not a hotel. I did like the layout and size of the apartment. BUT- The Master bedroom bed sheets were dirty. I had to wash those. The apartment had no washing clothes but plenty towels. All the remotes batteries were dead. Also, the main bedroom seemed to not blow cool air or heat. I tried both. And apparently, the security deposit of $100 was through another third party not booking.com and it was up until this moment that i didn't receive the actual apartment details. 2hrs after check-in time. Also, during I spoke with the host company over the phone, and they seemed to not be in communication with booking.com. They told me everything was sent but I had to be told verbatim my actual apartment number. I think since their a Europe based company that's why I ran into problems. I wish this didn't happen, but to be honest, it was the worst experience ever.

Very big appartement Fully furnished Larges bedrooms Nice place

1. Codes for the door not send on time. Had to wait more then 1 our in front of the door a 1 am… with kids 2. Washing machine broken 3. Host no answering message on time 4. No iron 5. Refused check out at 11 (normally at 10) even if more then 1 our were “lost” upon arrival 6. No luggage storage 7. mold on exterior cushions
