Very close to the beach in a quiet block of caravans. Very clean. Had an issue with having no hot water but the team were on hand on WhatsApp quickly and efficiently and were very helpful. Was great having two separate showers / toilets.
Heard a lot from the tenants at the back of the caravan through the night. Could’ve done with some more items in the property I.e iron / ironing board.

Great distance from beach.
Comfy beds.
Too close to campsite and other caravans so was very noisy. No policy mentioned around noise limits and timings so people were sat talking very loudly until midnight every night.
No WiFi and poor phone signal.
Caravan wasn't very well maintained with poorly fitting squeaky doors, a lightbulb missing in the bedroom, a toilet light that barely worked and very patchy heating that made it awkward to get things dry after using the beach.
The oven only had one shelf and was very slow at cooking a single pizza.
No cleaning supplies were left in the caravan so we couldn't hoover or sweep up sand.
No airer to get wet clothes dry after using the beach. Had to use the small terrace outside.
Was fine just about as we were only there 3 nights, but would have been a struggle for much longer.
