Location. It was very clean and packing onsite.
Beds were VERY uncomfortable, noise from the tents behind. Difficult to sleep.

In heat weather fans would be perfect in all rooms.
Dog friendly caravan, but was no gates for the dog.

Loved the location. It was a great base to explore the area. The beach front was a 2 minute walk. Clean kitchen. The deck was nice - I spent a lot of time out there in the morning.
The beds were very uncomfortable, dirty mattress covers, and the springs on the mattress in the back bedroom were visible and felt. We all ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room the whole time. I called the host and the suggestion was the pull out the mattress from the sleeper sofa and put that on the top of the bed, but that mattress was old, thin, and had rust stains all over it. The price for the caravan was definitely based on location and summer season - NOT - the overall comfort and update of the caravan.
