For the price it's good value if you just want somewhere to rest your head regardless of location. The air-conditioning was good and extremely cold but I couldn't seem to change the setting to take it off icey. I like that but i can see that being a problem for some people. The shower was good and worked well with good water pressure. For $21 aud you really can't complain too much (watch me proceed to complain about some stuff haha).

The staff weren't particularly friendly (there was a young guy there that was quite nice though). There was no fridge, the window was taped over. Very bare bones basics. You are nowhere near the thick of it so if you are wanting to use this place as a launching pad for getting into the main parts of the City then expect to pay a bit more for travel into town. One thing I was really pissed off at was that there was an incident where I was on the toilet and I heard the door buzzer go. I yelled out that i was on the toilet. One of the staff used a swipe card to try and get in but thankfully I'd latched the door so he couldn't open it. I quickly finished up and opened the door half naked to find the staff member there with two cops. One of them could speak English and asked me for my passport and proceeded to instigate the Spanish Inquisition. They eventually moved on but I was given no explanation or apology from the staff of why this happened or why this guy just barged into my room.

Great customer service - they always try to accommodate your requests to the best of their capabilities. The staff also always delivers exemplary services with a smile. It almost felt like I was going to my 2nd home in HCM City.

It was about 20 minutes drive from the major districts in HCM City (District 1, 2, 3 etc) so it is not very convenient if you want to get around HCM City. The closest convenience store is about 10 minutes walk away (by convenience store, I mean a proper one like 7-Eleven, FamilyMart etc) so the location of the hotel isn't that great. Not only that, based on the photos, I was under the impression that the room would have a window and when I got one that didn't have one, I was a bit disappointed. There was also a lack of soundproofing in the room, you can hear others conversing when you are in it.

Don’t know how it was rated fabulous- totally fake - booked King Size Room with City View but only a small Window to the back Side and not even a window you can open - supposed 20 min from the airport but is in the cargo shipping area and it took us over 1 hour to arrive from the airport- very loud and for sure not sound proofing like advertised- very disappointing

Nice but really basic room and hotel. You get what you pay for.

Room was a bit smelly and windows was so so small, it was useless (no sunlight in the room)

best hotel in District 9. clean, spacious, good attitude. the bed is so comfortable
