I expected a bit better for the money

Location. Communication weigh host was good.

Certain things were dirty such as the fridge, around furniture etc. There were lots of bits that were damaged such as one of the doors were loose, the lock on the bathroom was faulty and you could get locked in, hole in the wall in the bathroom, curtains falling off the rails etc. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Location was quite a way from the shops and amusements , the chalet could do with either a towel rail or hooks on the door to hang up the towels , possibly another bin upstairs.

Ok if you were out and about👎🏽

Easy location to local facilities as we had someone with poor mobility and clinical health needs 👍

No hoover or mop to clean daily. Door in double bed room dragged on the floor + blood on wall and picture stained. Bottom bunk smelt of dried urine, as well as sofa bed whenever you sat on it. Fridge freezer dirty, table for dining was missing a leg, no towel or toilet roll holder in bathroom. dusty under kitchen table too many dining chairs in the lounge. Suggestions welcome pack as to how to turn in boiler, new switch in bathroom as it took forever to find, where the electric meter is, a coffee table and bedding provided as there is a washing machine available to launder between guests! a small hoover and mop as we arrived with no mobile data to pick email up. And balcony requires a nicer presentation! Very dated accommodation! Not ideal or comfortable if it was a rainy day! Poor value for money!
