The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely its wonderful, proactive staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help, which made our stay pleasant.
The spacious room had almost everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The bed had a normal mattress, the sofa was also comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of drinking water waiting for us in the room. The location was convenient, and overall it was a good place to stop for a night before continuing our journey.
The room would have been more comfortable with two additional chairs as one for three persons wasnt enough.

Location excellent for attending Novikontas.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Facilities are a bit tired, very hard mattress - but clean and tidy.
Other than access for Novikontas, not too handy to other facilities; so ordering food deliveries will be the standard.

Even tho the rooms are old and worn, they are still clean (except the smell)
It has a smoke smell in the rooms, probably the carpets have taken it in in the past and now the rooms smell. Its very worn out.
