The location with beach front at the door was perfect. The ability to holiday with our dog and take her on long beach walks was amazing. The house had everything with full kitchen facilities. It was very relaxing.
We were surprised by how noisy the road was. We live in the country and acknowledge this is not something that most would notice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and it offers excellent value for larger groups. The house has plenty of bedrooms and beds, making it easy to accommodate a number of guests comfortably. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were lots of seating areas both inside and outside, so everyone had space to relax. The backyard was a great feature, providing plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Having two fridges was also a huge bonus, giving us ample space to store food and drinks for our group.
One area that could be improved is the cleaning equipment provided. As a beachfront property, it was understandable that some sand would be tracked inside, and we noticed there was already quite a bit of sand in the house when we arrived. Guests are asked to sweep the floors before departure, which we were happy to do; however, there was no dustpan and brush available to collect the sand and debris afterwards. Providing basic cleaning tools would make it much easier for guests to leave the property in the expected condition.

Very clean big rooms beds were comfy big kitchen

The kitchen dining area was good. Lots of couch space without being squishy and a good size table for a group of people. The inside was clean and tidy.
The outside entertaining areas were not clean at all. We had to spray and clean before we could use the chairs and table. They were covered in spider webs and spiders. The walls , bricks and ceilings were covered in webs as well. The door tracks were filthy. Both areas need a good clean.
Although the inside rooms were clean, we only had 1 bedside table and then a stained chair on the other side. Another room only had a chair and no bedside table.
