About this house rental
Sunny Busselton - this holiday home is located in the perfect Busselton location, walking distance to the Jetty, the beach and the city centre, perfect for any stay in Busselton to enjoy all the events and the region.
The house is a designer built home with quality finishings and offers a comfortable, homely feel for you and your family.
The downstairs area has the master bedroom, with a king bed and large bathroom. The high end kitchen, large dining area and family room are located on the ground level.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and 2 single beds as well as the large second bathroom with a bath separate from the shower
There is second rear garden room that offers a bedroom, bathroom and a 2nd kitchen/living area, perfect for a multiple families wishing to book and stay - please contact us for the additional fee.
For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.
Outside areas has a large outdoor entertaining area, as well as plenty of grassed area for the family to play and relax.

Very spacious home and great amenities for cooking, entertainment and relaxing. Communication was excellent and instructions for access and use of the property are very clear and considered. Although very close to town centre the location is very quiet so we had a really nice and relaxing holiday. Will definitely come again

House was large and spacious, beds comfortable and all amenities needed were provided. Downstairs bathroom is poorly designed with water going everywhere when you showered.

Property was ok and on par with expectations. Cleanliness could have been better, floor's have never been mopped. BBQ out of gas, recycle bin completely full. Access to 2nd part of accommodation was difficult and frustrating, trying to get the key (lock box access code). Location was excellent.
