Located in the peaceful beachside suburb of Broadwater, the home is just a short stroll (only a few hundred metres) from the crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay, where you can enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, fishing or simply relaxing on the beach.

• 8 minutes from the iconic Busselton Jetty and foreshore precinct
• 20 minutes from the beautiful coastal town of Dunsborough
• 35 minutes from the world-famous Margaret River wine region, home to award-winning wineries, breweries, restaurants and spectacular surf beaches
Whether you're planning a beach holiday, winery tour or family adventure, this home is the perfect base to explore the South West.
As you enter, you'll be welcomed into the living area complete with a Smart TV, reading nook and study space. The heart of the home is the beautifully renovated kitchen, overlooking the backyard complete with everything you need to cook up a feast.
The dining area is complete with a wood fireplace available for guests to enjoy during the cooler months.
Three bedrooms are located downstairs:
Bedroom 2: 1 × Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: 1 × Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: 2 × Single Bunk Beds (Sleeps 2)
A family bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub is located on the ground floor, along with a separate toilet and a fully equipped laundry.
Upstairs you'll find a private retreat with a lounge and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2), a walk-in robe, and a private ensuite with toilet.
The expansive alfresco area has been designed for entertaining and overlooks the huge private swimming pool. Including a comfortable outdoor lounge, large dining table, bbq and fridge.
Whether you're enjoying a summer barbecue, relaxing by the pool, or spending a cosy winter evening by the fire, this home offers the perfect setting for your Busselton getaway.
