No breakfast
Location had exceptional views.
Needed air conditioning in each room. but was still comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a family of nine and a dog so the property was excellent in housing us all and being able to all sit down at the one table both inside and out was brilliant. It suited our needs for the celebration of my parents 62 years wedding anniversary with the family. Plenty of space to be seperate and together. The main garden has a big lawn area and well kept. Enclosed gates for safety of pets. Pool was well maintained. Loved the table tennis. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for coffee, tea, herbs and spices, oils, alfoil, containers, ice packs etc. same with the bathrooms x3. All the little extras made it very easy and stress free which is what we wanted.
Bedrooms were lovely too. Very comfortable bedding. Across the road and you are right onto the beach. Very quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic. When asked we were able to organise a later departure. Any questions were quickly answered for a stress free arrival and departure. Thanks a million!!
Not a dislike but a suggestion…..Lighting is poor at night in the family room and dining room. Needed all the bulbs to be working in the overhead light on the dining table. The brown brick walls and yellow lighting made it hard to see.
The small step outside under the veranda was well camouflaged and ended up being a trip hazard for my elderly mother. Maybe a white strip to differentiate would be good.
