Clean, bed very comfortable, excellent shower, breakfast incredible (soo.. different-avocado toast, heart shaped fried eggs, crispy French toast, pancakes, croissants, bacon wrapped green beans, caprese salad), friendly staff. GREAT air conditioning. Delicious food at sister restaurant.

Cleanness, used chewing gum on the nightstand, empty Kleenex box, mold on one of the pre-packaged butters, cat wandering around in the restaurant during breakfast, no reception after 8 pm, android tv (to limiting the entertainment option to android tv only), no mosquito net on balcony doors. And the booking: the room we booked (about an hour before arrival) was not available and we were offered a different room at a higher price. If the room we booked was bot available then why was it listed as available? This was not our (the guests) fault, so why did we have to pay a higher price? Normally, in such situations the price stays the same. At the end, for all the inconvenience we got 15% which was nice but was not a compensation, already had the bad experience at that point. And also, only 2 portions of coffee in the room. The room was not too spacious, very dark design, bathroom was nice; would gave preferred less emphasis on design and more on comfort, cleanness, and hospitality.
