優れた立地のこのアパートメントは、南門（Red Gate）に近く、空港送迎の乗り降りがとてもしやすい。その上、旧市街の中心部、さらにはスーパーマーケットも至近だ。
アパートメントの施設はどれも利用者の求めにきちんと応えている。たとえば、大きめの冷蔵庫、使いやすい洗濯機、ホットサンドメーカー、電気ポット、コーヒーメーカーなどなど。
冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターの用意もあって助かったし、その横には紅茶の葉も置いてあった。そのおかげで午後や夕食後にお茶を楽しむことができたのは嬉しい誤算だった。
水回りに関しては、キッチンもバスルームもいずれも清潔かつ機能的で、好印象を抱いた。もしかすると、身体の大きい宿泊者や、荒々しく入浴する人物が使うと、水飛沫がシャワーカーテンの外に出るかもしれないが、それは利用者の責任であって、施設の不備ではない。
私たちが何より心動かされたのは、オーナーの細やかな心づかいと、その心づかいに基づく、すばらしいサービスだ。ロードスタウン、とりわけ旧市街で心温まる滞在を希望する旅行者は、このアパートメントに泊まるべきだと感じる。

The apartment's a few steps away from everything. It's very quiet, clean and spacious, equipped with efficient A/C
The toilet is small, and the shower is even smaller, making it hard to shower without splashing water onto the floor. We were told not to cover the drain when showering, and probably for this reason, the smell of sewage lingered. The location of the toilet - between the kitchen and one bedroom - without proper ventilation (not even an extractor fan), only made it worse.
At times weak and sometimes no Wi-Fi signal.

Tesisin nostaljik yapısı ve merkeze yakınlık değilde tam da merkezin ortasında olması muhteşemdi. Konumun avantajını çok yaşadık. Eski bir Rum evinin aslına sadık kalarak restore edilip ona göre döşenmiş olması benden tam puan aldı. Aile için konaklamalarda tercih edilebilir bir ev, sevdim. Her iki katta da klima bardı.Ev sahibimiz çok temiz ve çok ilgiliydi. Tatilimiz boyunca iletişimde kaldık, bize ziyaret edebileceğimiz lokasyonlar hakkında yardımcı oldu.
Tesisin sevmediğim sadece iki özelliği vardı. Birincisi internet konusunda gerek kendi internetim olsun gerekse evde bulunan wifi bağlantı problemi yaşadık. İnternet bazen çok yavaş bazense tamamen yok denecek seviyedeydi. Ev sahibimizle konuştuğumuzda bina duvarlarının kalınlığından ve merkezdeki yoğunluktan kaynaklandığını söyledi.
İkinci sevmediğim özellik ise balkon olmamasıydı. Evin açık alana bakan biryeri yok. Teras veya balkon gibi hava alınacak yer konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık.

The location of this property is excellent . It’s spacious. The host is very nice.
The sewer gases in this apartment are overwhelming.
The apartment is lacking basic amenities. The host did not leave any water, paper towels, coffee, and toilet paper was minimal. You must walk through the second bedroom to use the bathroom. The beds were so incredibly hard they were very uncomfortable.
