Away from the city hustle bustle, it is a perfect getaway to spend time with family and friends. The swimming pool is extremely well maintained and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully done. The entire home gives a feeling of a well maintained farm house with exquisite decor. The breakfast was decent. Just make sure you place your orders to the caretaker in advance so that they can prepare the food accordingly. All in all a wonderful place to stay for a weekend.

Villa rooms ( especially furniture, beds) were tidy & clean, well maintained. Owner has decorated thep rooms/ walls with his own antique pieces ( Utensils, bath fittings, etc) Outside area ( Garden, Swimming pool) was very clean. Care taker was very co-operative. Food prepared & served by him was tasty. Ambiance was very calm & quite. It is budget friendly villa for 12~15 people / family members. We enjoyed a lot our stay in this villa.

The place is really nice with a heritage theme. You would love the location and the place both.
The staff is courteous. The pool is clean, definitely visit in monsoon. Pawna dam is not far from it.the food is authentic chicken sukka is recommended.
Since I have it 10 doesn't mean it's a biased review, I genuinely rates the property.
