Location was good
Our room lock was broken since the day we came , told the staff and asked them to change our room but they didnt do it , they tried fixing the lock but cudnt fix it properly and the room was too small , not value to money.

Location was excellent as next to tram and walking distance to old town, about 20 min walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. House cleaning excellent.
Hallway carpets, looked a bit tired if replaced would make a massive difference.
