Dave & Tina were super lovely & welcoming! Their house is beautiful & in a nice quiet location, our room was perfect & super comfortable! We stayed here to go to friend's wedding 5 mins down the road & we loved the area as we've never been to Lincolnshire before!

Very clean and smart
Noise from adjoining property. (Dog barking) Sleep disturbance due to PIR light between bedroom and bathroom which came on when moving around. Blinds in bedroom did not cut out sunlight in morning
