The grounds of the property were amazing, very idyllic and had everything that you needed for a short stay. On the day the host contacted me to advise TV was no longer working and a replacement would not be delivered until after my booking.
As the weather was pretty much a wash out over the weekend, I asked host if a replacement could be sourced, as I suspected some of the time would be indoors due to the weather conditions.
The host contacted me immediately to advise he would try and accommodate and within a few hours had found a replacement. Excellent customer service and went above any beyond, thank you.
I personally prefer views when ever I book a property, so was disappointed when I arrived as my front view was facing a wall. I guess that I should have read the detail or asked the question, opposed to just looking at the online photos and assuming a place with a view.
The barn is a semi, which is fine, however the guests were dragging chairs across hard floors in the night, so it disrupted my sleep.
Also, if not already mentioned in small print, I think guests should keep their dogs on lead in communal areas. The first day when guests arrived next door, their dog was off the lead whilst I was taking mine out for a walk. Their dog headed for mine and I made them aware my dog was reactive, they did not respond and continued to let their dog out of the lead throughout the stay.
Totally inconsiderate and caused my dog to bark a lot when in the property, as their dog was left to wander outside front door of property I was staying in.

Little Wharf is an ideal getaway with lovely peaceful surroundings. The accommodation itself includes everything necessary to enjoy your stay.
There was nothing to dislike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The location was lovely
I did not stay in the property as it was not made clear that there is a one dog policy.
Contact was made as requested to the company marketing the accommodation, sadly they were not helpful in resolving our enquiry. We contacted the owner directly as advised by call handler, owner agreed that the situation put us all in an untenable predicament. We mutually agreed not to continue with the booking .
