The apartment is amazing with all the amenities you can ask for in the heart of Sarajevo, the location is unmatched from my experience in booking places in Sarajevo with everything literally being upto 5 mins walk away. The Host Yani was exceptional in communication and providing everything you would need . She even provided her own parking spot for our needs and since we needed to stay a day extra it was extremely easy for her to add us a extra night without any issue. From now on this is the best apartment for all my future visits to Sarajevo. Truly deserving of the 10/10 rating.

location
The location is central, but the apartment is on the fourth floor of an old building without an elevator. The unusually steep stairs make access difficult, especially when carrying luggage. The bed sheets also differed from those shown in the pictures, which was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
In addition, I was required to pay in cash and did not receive the full amount of my change. Although I was promised the outstanding balance and provided my IBAN, I have still not received the money.
