REFUSED REFUND because it was last minute?? No one answered the door and stated space was not clean!

Nothing because I didn't even get to stay at this place and she refused to refund the $98.

I didn't like that upon arrival no one was there to answer the door and check in stated that it started hours before I even arrived and also stated that there was a door code. I called her and she asked me if I could wait 2 hours cause she needed to clean. At that time I had already left in an expensive Uber and was freezing cold outside. So I said no I couldn't wait that long or any time at all. So I kindly requested a refund from her multiple times and booking .com even asked for her permission to refund me the money and she still refused! In my eyes I would consider her an unprofessional thief that shouldn't perhaps be accommodating anyone anymore. Especially if the space wasn't already cleaned from the last guests and or ready for new ones at any point.

A pleasant and convenient stay.

This property was affordable and in a central location for my visit to Winnipeg. The host was very pleasant. It was also a bonus to have 2 bedrooms.

Having a toaster or toaster oven would make preparing meals easier in the kitchenette. Basement windows that opened for fresh air, especially in the bedrooms would have been nice too

READ the info on this unit. NOT all is self-contained.

good location for my purpose. comfortable beds. easy to find parking on the driveway or street. kitchen stocked with cooking and eating utensils. bathroom very well designed with all essentials provided. added bonus of laundry detergent provided for use. prompt replenishment of supplies we ran out of (toilet paper and hand soap second day)

no fire alarm in the self-contained part of the unit. no air conditioning in the self-contained part, it seemed to work in the shared part but as soon as you close the door to the self-contained section there was no ac. kitchenette is not attached to the eating area. the kitchenette it in the self-contained section but the table is in the open area in the basement that connects to the upstairs residents. entrance is shared with upstairs residence as well as the basement sofa, tv and eating table & chairs. windows in self-contained unit are taped closed with strong construction tape, no fire exit aside from door to main home. no fire extinguisher I could find. neither bedroom had anywhere to store clothing aside from closet with hangers, no drawers or shelf to put luggage on. floor was sloped in all rooms. basic areas were cleaned and dusted, blinds, hood fan, fridge, etc was not cleaned. beds very low to the ground and only one room had a bedside table

Cleanliness of the room, washroom, bed covers and towels were excellent. Friendly staff, heater in the room was a wonderful thing. Kitchen had basic things to cook. Worth for the amount I paid.
