Poor sleep quality and outdated facilities.

Location

The apartment was quite disappointing and definitely didn’t meet our expectations. First of all, it is very small. The furniture is outdated and, in several places, visibly stained. Even taking a shower was a struggle because the shower curtain kept sticking to my body. To make matters worse, there were many ants in the living room where my brother and my nephew were sleeping. The Wi-Fi was also extremely unreliable. For the first 4 hours it didn’t work at all. We contacted the host by phone; although he was out of town, he was helpful and offered to visit as soon as he arrives with his laptop to check the connection. After four hours, the connection finally stabilized, and we decided to stay for the moment, as the host offered us the option to move to another apartment if the internet became unstable again. However, the worst part of the experience was the quality of sleep. My family also works in the hospitality industry, so we know that guest comfort, especially a good bed, should always be the top priority, beyond any boutique experience. In this case, both the bed and the sofa bed are in desperate need of replacement, also the pillows were terribly hard. At 51 years old, this is the first time in my life that I have decided to abandon a stay and look for another accommodation. Despite the host's efforts with the internet, we had such a bad night's sleep that we ultimately decided to leave after only one night, even though we had originally paid for three.

Perfect place in Desenzano

Great apartment, perfect location. The host was super helpful with lots of recommendations so we were able to make the most of our stay

The location was perfect, silent and clean.

The incoming was complicated, 3 different keys to get in the apartment. Nowdays some kind of electric locks could be more easier.
