Aggressive behaviour from a host and such poor hygiene standards are simply unacceptable!

The worst accommodation experience I have ever had. We arrived after a 12-hour drive and were immediately met with aggressive behaviour from the host. He started shouting at us because we had not replied to his messages while we were driving. The only check-in instruction available in the Booking chat was: “Contact property for more check-in details upon arrival.” No other information or check-in details were explained. The host refused to give us the keys until we explained why we had not replied and requested to send him a screenshot proving that we had not received any additional instructions as proof. We were left outside after a long journey while he continued shouting at us. We asked him several times to stop and speak calmly, but he continued. When we asked for help with finding the apartment entrance, his response was simply: “Find the address on Google Maps” Five young women were travelling alone in a foreign city, and we genuinely felt unsafe and intimidated by his behaviour. We only stopped arguing because we were afraid he would refuse to let us into the apartment. The apartment itself was in an unacceptable condition. From the moment we entered, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. The towels smelled terrible, the bedding smelled terrible, and all five of us noticed it immediately. The beds were prepared without duvet covers, which raised serious hygiene concerns. There were not enough towels for five guests. The bathroom was dirty, the sink was not properly cleaned, there were stains and marks everywhere, and there was even toilet paper left in the bath. This was not just a disappointing stay - it was an extremely uncomfortable and stressful experience from the moment we arrived. A guest should never be treated this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unpleasant Experience

We arrived at the apartment at 1:30 p.m. It was very difficult to find the place since the entire complex is full of locked gates. Although the apartment was available and the owner lives nearby, he didn’t allow us to enter until 3:00 p.m., so we had to wait — a family of six with small children — in the rain. The area around the apartment is unpleasant and not a place you’d want to spend time in. The owner is far from friendly, and I honestly don’t understand how he works in a service-oriented profession. The apartment itself was far from clean — a lot of dust, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. The refrigerator was full of bottles that the owner sells, leaving little room for guests’ groceries. The towels provided were hand towels, not body towels. In summary: I strongly recommend finding another place.

Excellent option near the airport

Nice and welcoming owner, huge space comfortable for 4 people, separate bedrooms, clean, comfortable facilities, property is well equipped with everything that is needed for a stay even tiny details like varieties of dishes, towels, shower gels etc, 7 minutes ride to the airport, and just for fun - the pineapple concept :D

Mieszkanie jest przestrzenne i czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Jest oddalone od lotniska jakieś 10 min samochodem. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Łatwy dostęp do sklepów. Polecam!

Очень чисто и уютно в апартаментах. Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды на кухне. Отличное месторасположение. Рядом транспортная развязка. В апартаментах также есть стиральная машина, балкон с прекрасным видом во двор. Рекомендую
