Nice furnishing and everything was very clean
Shower head was lop sided and the tap to turn on the shower was a bit loose but ended up working. One of the spatulas was bent and a bit difficult to use when cooking but doable.

Great once we found the property
Parking, didn’t know there was an extra charge for parking, huge cobwebs above the shower, the sofa bed was sooooo bad, so uncomfortable

Absolutely gorgeous cottage right in the centre of Penrith. It was clean, well decorated and had good quality appliances/facilities. A perfect spot for a little weekend getaway
Only a minor point but the pre arrival comms could do with updating to avoid any confusion (I got an out of date out of office message and the alternative phone number provided didn't connect)
Mattress was quite hard so not the most comfortable sleep.
Note - although it sleeps 5 I'd say it's only really good for a couple as the only bathroom is the ensuite of the bedroom
