Very big pool although poolside basic - no cafe, a lot of concrete, easy to get sun beds in September. Short walk to beach, walkable to Costa Adeje, playa las americas and San Cristianos. Not a bad size apartment but with sofabed in lounge down room was tight. Would be better for 2 people rather than 3 or 4
Aircon only in lounge and not main bedroom. Needed fan or window open but noisy with window open as motorway not far and property on 8th floor.

La ubicación es buena, la piscina es grande (agua salada) aunque hay pocas hamacas. El apartamento tiene buen tamaño.
En el dormitorio cama de 2 metros y en el salón sofá cama grande también.
Aire acondicionado en el salón
Hay utensilios de cocina suficientes,incluso unas sombrillas para la playa.
Poco espacio de almacenamiento y además el armario y la cajonera estaban deteriorados.
En el dormitorio una ventana que si abres entra todo el ruido de la autovía y sino pasas calor.
El tema del párking, NO hay plaza asignada. 215 apartamentos y 70 plazas....hay que dejar el coche en doble fila con una nota y tu teléfono para que te avisen si hay que moverlo .

Everything was wonderful, we had a great vacation, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, very close to the beach, restaurants & shops, private parking for the car. It is modern & clean, we had a lovely stay
The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else made up for it and we had a fantastic vacation.

Good area, very nice flat, not too noisy but same time very central
Small side/coffee table would do well, especially when watching TV.
