A great location next to Kamo River and some shopping streets. It’s also about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The facilities were extremely clean and the room was big in my opinion. The convenience store is also close which makes taking out cash easy as well.
Please note there is only one washer and dryer so doing laundry may be difficult for larger groups. There is no dining or hot spring provided at the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes near by.

This hotel was affordable so we were not expecting very much. However it had all the amenities we had in Tokyo except breakfast. It was clean and safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's location was super close to everything.

Super central and extremely good value for the price.
It’s right next to the main road so it was actually really noisy during the entire night.
Also the room is absolutely mini. It’s ok if you want to just have a quick sleep over but not recommended for real vacation with luggage.
