The location was great- close to some great restaurants and bakeries. The staff was very nice and was there to greet us. The apartment was huge.
It was very noisy in the street below. The apartment needed a good cleaning- the tablecloth was stained and clearly not washed from previous users. The apartment could use some updating- the furniture was old and the floors bowed. The powder room does not have a sink so there is no place to wash your hands. The stairs leading to the apartment did not have a light. We had to use our cell phones to light the way. One of the beds was just a mattress on the floor and the blinds in that room had fallen off.

Sehr gute Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Sehr geräumig, tolle Bäder. Absolut sauber.
Check in war problemlos.
Ein Bett hatte eine furchtbare weiche Matratze und die Fenster ließen sich nicht wirklich verdunkeln. Der Kühlschrank hatte, obwohl sauber, einen unangenehmen Geruch.

The apartment is beautifully presented and very easy to find. It had all the amenities we needed. It's well located being a short walk to Place De Clichy, Saint Lazare station and bus stops.
Not a dislike, but the house is decorated with what I imagine are expensive and delicate things so if you do have small children bear this in mind. it was manageable for us though :)
