Bedrooms are a good size all very clean and well set out. Main room has a lovely comfy couch.
Easy access to the Town and the Seafront. The pier is very close by. The kitchen is very well laid out with oven cooker tumble dryer and washing machine and also a fridge freezer. Top bedroom has on suite middle floor has a family bathroom and a toilet down stairs making life easy when there was 6 of us staying. Big table and bench seats with two chairs so eight can sit easily at table. Top bedroom had a good tv and access to free view and internet TV. The house felt warm and has a comfy feeling.
The back yard is very small, would help if the shed was turned the other way and weeding. Chrome cast to down stairs not as good as upstairs tv.
Welcome pack was a bit scarce for 6 guests, good job we brought our own milk as non left.

The place was lovely, the rooms were stunning with comfortable beds and furniture. The place is furnished beautifully and has everything you need for your stay. The location was fantastic, a few steps from the door and you look out onto the sea, the dog and I loved seeing it every morning before doing a quick loop of the town. Parking options nearby and a couple of great places to eat only steps from the house!

Really well situated house on a small street 5 minutes to the front.Well presented and excellent facilities to entertain the family for a week.Bedrooms were lovely with 3 hairdryers provided.A fan in the main bedroom was much appreciated!The kitchen area had easy to use appliances and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch.The garden area is small and could do with a bit of attention to make it more usable.Lots of buckets and crabbing equipment have been left but it was a bit smelly and ramshackle.Access details were clear and unproblematic.Just a word of warning that the Albion pub nearby did get incredibly noisy on one night!
The garden area just requires some TLC.We weren’t aware before arrival that our little dog wasn’t allowed anywhere other than on the ground floor.This would have deterred us from booking had we known.

A nice clean well equipped proerty nice and spacious excellent location.
Property absolutely perfect no complaints. Just the living room tv could do with an upgrade . Everything else absolutely perfect.
