Great proximity to airport & fabulous pool but that’s it, Hotel definitely caters for Chinese guests not Westerners

A good restful stay, close to the airport. Free shuttle.

Welcoming polite airport pick up by Kath, in impressive uniform, followed by a smooth check in and wow , the room was great. Very quiet, with many subtle features. Breakfast buffet was also very good.

Une nuit de qualité après un long voyage

Personnel très professionnel et chaleureux, Nous étions en transit après un long voyage en avion et le personnel a été patient et très arrangeant pour nous aider pour les transits dans le pays. Je ne peux que recommander l'établissement, de plus il est vraiment très proche de l'aéroport !

Hotel to avoid. Misleading and wrong advertisement

The bed was okay

Very disappointed by this hotel. They advertised a pool, bar and spa but nothing is open yet. It is the most expensive hotel in the area and the only thing you have access to is the room. The advertisement on booking is misleading and this is absolutely unacceptable. On top of it, there is a $50 deposit when you arrive that is not mentioned anywhere and, finally, all the corridor (7th floor) smells cigarets very badly. The worst and most expensive hotel I have been in Cambodia.

when booking via Booking.com, it is stated: shuttle bus from the airport is free, but according to the staff, only one trip is free. We had to pay for the second trip from the hotel to the airport (approx. 1 km) according to the hotel's price list.

Perfekt für die letzte Nacht vor der Heimreise

Das Zimmer war perfekt für die letzte Nacht bevor es nach Hause geht. Der Komfort ist erstklassig und das Hotel bietet alles was benötigt wird. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das perfekte Flughafenhotel für höchste Ansprüche zu vernünftigem Preis

Das perfekte Hotel am Flughafen mit allen Facilitäten und Komfort den man gerne hat. Neu, modern schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Rollbahn. Sehr gut lärmisoliert. Perfekter Service, gute Küche, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich bei Ankunft oder Abflug für 1 oder 2 Tage wegen der extrem gute Qualität. Für Phnom Penh Stadt ist die Lage zu weit ausserhalb des Zentrums. Es dauert 1- 1,5 Stunden bis in die Stadtmitte, je nach Verkehrsaufkommen. An dem Gesamtkonzept und der Qualität können sich die meissten europäischen Hotels ein Beispiel nehmen!

Comfortable and strategic stay for frequent air traveller

I like it because the room is spacious and clean. Location is very strategic as I need to commute to airport often for work.

The “Do Not Distrurb” not really functioning. I put up the sign but housekeeping still manage to be inside the room. It’s for customer’s safety and belongings security purposes.

Un accueil exceptionnel !

Un accueil extraordinaire ! Nous avons été superbement bien accueilli par Sovann et elle nous a même fait préparer des petits déjeuners à emporter le matin car on prenait l'avion de bonne heure. Elle a réglé des problèmes de vols pour nous. Vraiment une jeune femme charmante, enjouée, sympathique et dynamique ! Merci beaucoup !!! Sovann est vraiment passionnée par son travail et aime recevoir des clients ! Un moment gravé dans nos souvenirs ! Merci Sovann !

Comme dans les nouveaux hôtels une climatisation toujours bruyante.

Smart and comfortable airport hotel

Smart, brand new hotel with very comfortable beds and large luxurious rooms. Was ideal for catching an early flight the next morning. Unfortunately our flight was too early for us to try the breakfast. Complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch.

Shame that the pool wasn't open yet (they should make that clear in the booking.com listing) and it was disappointing they couldn't make us a breakfast box because we were leaving too early, despite telling us beforehand that they would.
