Very nice park. Fantastic location. Town and attractions easily walkable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice wee bar on site. Our caravan was great value for money.
Seating area in caravan was stained and I didn't find it the most comfortable but would not stop me booking again.

Having the view of the river is very peaceful and it's very clever how the hot tub is tucked away from others.
The only issue is the sofa has now been too well used and 2 of the seats dip down too low for using it as a couch and not as a bed. I feel once this is fixed the place is perfect!

It was a lovely location and very spacious
We really enjoyed the stay but the caravan was absolutely filthy and we had a power cut and couldn’t get through to the helpline for a while. The sofa was covered in stains and smelt awful, every time I tried to go to reception to complain it was shut. The door on the master bedroom didn’t shut properly. The handle on the en-suite was broken and my daughter ended up getting stuck inside due to this. Both sinks were rusted and had no cover over the plugs. Behind the cushions of the sofa were what looked like mushed up sweets. I have pictures and videos of everything I have described. When my partner took the keys back he complained and the woman at reception laughed it off and said “oh was the boss not happy” which I think was highly unprofessional, she didn’t even acknowledge the complaint.
