The property is very basic but for the Venice area was great value for money and extremely convienint to the airport and the bus line to get in and out of Venice ridiculously easily. The bus stop to Venice and to airport in other direction are right outside, so transport was not an issue at all. First night we choose to walk to airport and take the water bus to Venice which was great to see city from the water then came home via bus which was simple. The money we saved on the room allowed us to eat dinner right beside the Rialto Bridge which cost more than the room. :) The room was basic but large for our needs, had a wide selection of movies on Netflix and a fridge that kept drinking water cold. It is not the Ritz Carlton but for a budget room that got us in and out of Venice in less than 30 minutes and to airport in less than 2 minutes, it was great.
Had to unplug fridge to plug in coffee machine. A trivial detail but expected at this price range.

Too noisy, openings and unlocking of the neighbours doors even echoes through the corridor

The room was really good! Big double bed, the room has coffee machine and fridge, water and croissants for breakfast are provided.
The shared bathroom was next to my room which is convenient but noisy since everyone went there.

Cleaner very helpful on my arrival.
Owner friendly and helpful on my arrival. Advise you notify time of arrival in advance so owner can be present (no reception desk).
Bed comfortable.
Bus stops just outside property for easy access to airport and city.
Bathroom was shabby but clean and wasn't ensuite although it was for my use only and plenty of hot water. There was a key for the bathroom door but not easy to use.
Exit through outside gate not easy as keycode panel was the other side and I struggled to reach over.
No sign outside with hotel name although address was clear.
