Location, comfort, equipment in the room. Lovely staff
Just the wall colors could be better to make the accommodation more appealing . It is only personal opinion and it did not impact other qualities of the stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room is exactly as described, AC is working, the shared bathroom is very clean, and the owner's friendly & he waited for me at the door when I called him (I went to 283A by mistake;). It's an easy 20min walk from the airport, it's paved all the way, and well-lit at night too. You'll get Italian style breakfast at your door (in my case a banana, a croissant, a muffin & juice). All you need for a quick stay close to the airport!

Convenient location for a quick overnight stay before going to airport.
Difficult check in process with slow response from owners/staff. Room didn’t have towels, although they finally brought us some. Window was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable.
