Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very cosy. Location is good in terms of access to public transport but nevertheless, it would take around 40 mins to get to downtown.
My room was on the second floor with no elevator (it's a small location so it is understandable).

Die Lage des Hauses.
Nach der ersten Nacht bin ich ins Restaurant im Erdgeschoss gegangen, in dem ich eingecheckt hatte, um den defekten Fernseher zu reklamieren. Leider war dort niemand anwesend oder ansprechbar.
Daraufhin habe ich die hinterlegte Telefonnummer angerufen, jedoch ebenfalls niemanden erreicht. Ich habe eine Nachricht auf dem Anrufbeantworter hinterlassen, leider ohne Rückmeldung. Der Fernseher blieb somit während meines Aufenthalts außer Betrieb.
Zusätzlich wurde mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit leider nicht gereinigt.
Auch am Abreisetag war niemand aufzufinden oder gar ansprechbar.
