The house features two primary suites; both with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and a king bed. One suite includes a large garden spa, a separate shower with body sprays and a rain shower head, and two vessel sinks. The other three bedrooms have queen beds, and there are two additional queen blow up beds if needed. There are four 55" ROKU TV's located throughout the house and 5g internet is included. The large dining room has two tables that allow for 10 guests to dine. There are also 3 bar stools to sit on the outside of the kitchen just inside the dining room. There is a large floating dock to launch the 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards provided in the rental price. If you bring your boat, there is a place to tie it off in the water or contact us to discuss renting the boat lift with a roof. Take a swim in the huge deep SALTWATER pool that has a swim up margarita table where you can sit and stay cool. There is also an outdoor grill to use. While you are outside you might see dolphins or manatees swimming up and down the canal. The saltwater pool is heated for FREE from 11/01 through 04/01 for your enjoyment all year round!!
