It's obvious the home is well cared for and much loved, which adds to the welcoming vibe of this tastefully furnished vacation rental. 3 bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor, but there is a comfy sleeper sofa in the family room as well as a convenient half bath. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a spacious walk-in shower and double vanities. All the bedrooms have televisions, so don't worry about missing your shows or video games. There is a comfortable Queen-sized bed in Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of custom-built Twin-sized bunk beds. The 2 guest rooms share a bath with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is light, bright, and fully equipped with modern appliances. A great open floor plan with a kitchen island creates good flow out to the patio overlooking a clear pond and a wooded greenspace. The property is very clean and spacious for a family of 10. Walking distance to the beach is a bit far, but a free shuttle is provided. Pool area is wonderful and within walking distance from property.

The house is decorated beautifully and the owners thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked better than any place I’ve ever stayed. Great closet space, layout, extra blankets, and the pillows were fluffy! Would definitely stay here again!

Our townhouse was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and everything was included for an inviting stay. That being said, we are beach lovers, and we are people who love to stay right on the beach, so this property might not have been the best choice for us. Even though there was a complimentary shuttle service, the beach area provided for guests was entirely too small and incredibly crowded, so we only spent one day on the beach, which was disappointing. We did enjoy some time at the lovely community pool. The neighborhood was very nice and safe, and we enjoyed our time in Perdido Key.

There were gnats and fruit flies all in the property when we arrived. The trash can in the garage was covered with maggots and smelled awful. The neighbors complained IMMEDIATELY that the trash was outside and smelled bad. Neighbors were RUDE to my kids. The plumbing backed up in the front yard and the property management team totally ignored us. There was feces in the front yard for most of our stay. When I called VRBO to complain their best response was go stay at the Motel 6 several miles inland. Ultimately the property manager was a total waste of time and did not address the AWFUL mess the people who stayed prior to us left. I would stay away from this one. Especially for the price we paid. Should have known better when you had to sign a form to stay there stating you wouldn’t get your credit card company involved if the condo was dirty.
