Bring the whole crew! Hilltop Hangout is a nearly 5,000-sq-ft Hochatown cabin designed for big families and multi-family getaways, with 5 private king bedrooms, an oversized bunk room that sleeps 14, 7.5 bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces and an enormous 2,000-sq-ft back deck.

With room for up to 24 guests, Hilltop Hangout gives everyone plenty of space to spread out while still providing the large indoor and outdoor gathering areas that make group trips memorable.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Five private king bedrooms give couples and adult guests comfortable spaces of their own, while the oversized bunk room sleeps up to 14 with 5 queen beds and 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

GROUND FLOOR

Primary Bedroom: King bed, 55" Smart TV with Roku, sitting area, closet, dresser and direct access to the deck and hot tub area. The large private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a freestanding soaking tub and double sinks. A Pack ’n Play is stored in the closet.

Living Room: A huge, open gathering space with 2 leather sofas, additional seating, a fireplace, a 55" Smart TV with Roku and direct access to the back deck. The open layout connects the living room and kitchen, making it easy for the whole group to spend time together.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with expansive granite countertops, bar seating, a blender, wine glasses and the essentials for cooking for a crowd. An adjacent dining table provides additional seating for group meals and gatherings.

Game Room: Full-size air hockey, a poker table with chips and cards, 2 retro arcade machines with 400+ games each, a 55" Smart TV with Roku and comfortable seating. The game room also provides direct access to the back deck.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedrooms 4 & 5: Each has a king bed, private full bathroom, 55" Smart TV with Roku and a dresser. Both bedrooms open to the shared upstairs balcony with rocking chairs and elevated views of the surrounding forest and hills.

Bedroom 6 – Bunk Room: The oversized bunk room sleeps up to 14 with 5 queen beds and 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. It also includes a private full bathroom and a 55" Smart TV with Roku.

Loft / Gaming Area: An additional upstairs gathering space with a table and chairs, board games and cards beside floor-to-ceiling windows. The loft overlooks the living room and kitchen, keeping the group connected while providing another place to spread out.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The enormous 2,000-sq-ft back deck is one of Hilltop Hangout’s signature features and gives large groups an incredible amount of outdoor living space.

Relax in the 8-person hot tub, cook together in the full outdoor kitchen with built-in gas grill, gather around either of the 2 fireplaces or settle in around one of the 2 Smart TVs. Multiple seating and gathering areas give everyone room to enjoy the outdoors together.

The backyard adds even more outdoor fun with a wood-burning fire pit, outdoor lighting, cornhole, a slide and a climbing wall for kids.

LOCATION

Hilltop Hangout gives you privacy among the pines while keeping you close to everything Hochatown has to offer. All roads to the cabin are paved, and the circular driveway accommodates approximately 7 vehicles.

The cabin is approximately:

• 2.5 miles from central Hochatown
• 4.5 miles from Beavers Bend State Park
• 5.5 miles from the Broken Bow Lake marina

Spend your days exploring Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park, enjoying Hochatown’s restaurants and attractions, or simply staying at the cabin and taking advantage of everything Hilltop Hangout has to offer.

• Self check-in with a unique door code provided approximately 24 hours before arrival

• All roads to the cabin are paved

Guests have private access to the cabin except for one locked owner’s closet in the hallway between the kitchen and game room.

We pride ourselves on responding quickly and are available through the VRBO app throughout your stay if you need anything. Please keep in mind that Hilltop Hangout is a privately owned cabin rather than a hotel, and neither we nor our local cabin representative are on site 24 hours a day. We are generally unavailable between 10 PM and 7 AM, but we’ll respond as quickly as possible once we’re available.

Security Cameras: For guest and property security, three exterior security cameras are located on the property: one covering the area immediately outside the front door and front porch; one covering the back deck toward the slide, climbing wall and fire pit area; and one on the east side of the cabin covering the side yard and road. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not view or record any interior spaces.
