Escape to Wall Street Suites, a unique micro-suite in the city’s former water department. Historic pipes and meters add charm, while modern comforts make it a cozy retreat just steps from East Campus.
THE SPACE:
Relax in a chic, industrial suite with a queen bed, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee). The bathroom has a modern shower, and board games and books are provided for cozy nights in.
COMMON AREA
Work in the shared desk space or unwind in the seating areas designed for guests. Starter kit includes 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Shared laundry room in the same hallway as suites (across from Suite 1)
GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with personal door code at the side entrance. Free on-site parking available.

Over the past four years while visiting our Saluki, SIVR and Wall Street Boutique has been a favorite place for us to stay. They have taken such good care of us on all our visits to see our daughter. The apartments are beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and always clean. It has been the perfect home away from home for us. The welcome guide was always full of great recommendations for the area. Any future stays in Southern Illinois will definitely be with Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals and Wall Street Boutique.

This is the perfect location for a Southern Illinois getaway! The suite is very well appointed and comfortable. Very clean, bright, and modern decor. Easy access, plenty of parking, and close to so much to do!
