Tried to call them but phone not answered left message for call back, still waiting for that call !!!

TV wouldn't show normal programmes. The only way to watch anything was by signing in to channels but without email addresses or codes made it impossible. Also, room had several large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and around the bedside lights.

Kept traditional decor / features. Really good breakfast. Wasn’t in the hotel long apart from sleeping and getting ready for tea out

Bed was a bit softer than I’m used to and the room was red hot at night even with the window open

Great location, great parking, walk to wordsworth, two doors from the coop shop , lovely yard with river at the back, nice stroll into town

They had loads of facilities but they just couldn't be used. The restaurant which we received emails inviting us to was shut for three days out of seven! and they were the three we were there. This meant trying to book elsewhere and lots of places shut on a monday! Then breakfast we were 15 mins late in the am so the cooked was off! - next day staggered breakfasts as the front room floor was being repaired- basically the place was shut, and we may as well have stayed elsewhere.
