Staff were very welcoming and check‑in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection in the morning was excellent.

Room finished to good standard, bathroom modern and easy to operate shower, good location. Provision of a brolly, (which was needed)
Parking was a bit limited, stairs quite steep. Variety of ethnic backgrounds amongst staff, sometimes this can lead to misunderstandings both ways. Certainly knows how to rain down there.

Breakfast was nice and cleanliness was very good
The bed was uncomfortable and not a king size as we expected. There was nowhere to sit down with a mirror to do hair and makeup. TV was in a position where you had to sit awkwardly on the bed to watch. The door/window in the bathroom could do with an opaque cover on it so the blind doesn't have to be closed in the daytime making it dark.
